  • How long does it take orders to process?
  • CAN YOU CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS, SOMETHING IS WRONG?
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
  • Please allow up to three business days for your order to be shipped to you, weekends and federal holidays are excluded .(Example: If you order on Monday, your order will be shipped between Tuesday and Thursday). We will email you a tracking number once your order is shipped (within 1-3 business days). Once your order has shipped it will be delivered to you within 2-3 business days.  International shipments can take 7-14 days to deliver.
  • We are required to ship to your PayPal Verified Address. Please double check the address you are entering as we can NOT ship to a different address than what was provided at checkout. If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
  • Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your luxury hair glaze.
  • Important Note: Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show. In some rare cases, the tracking may not update but you will still receive your order. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have not received your items after the estimated delivery time.
